    The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
    (Full-Time Exempt position, Remote)
    I.  Job Summary:
     
    The "Sales Account Manager" will be responsible for driving sales and managing key customer accounts across the United States within the semiconductor group, specifically focusing on GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) and InP (Indium Phosphide) substrate solutions. The role includes managing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to post-sales support, while ensuring alignment with company objectives. This position will play a critical role in coordinating sales efforts, negotiating with internal divisions and customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    This position may require the employee to perform duties beyond those listed as business needs evolve.
     
    II. Duties/Responsibilities:
     
    Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts to foster long-term business relationships and achieve sales growth.
    Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, providing product information (pricing, specifications, delivery timelines), and ensuring their satisfaction.
    Sales Targets: Establish and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with Company and Group objectives.
    Pricing Negotiation: Collaborate with internal divisions and customers to negotiate pricing that is competitive and sustainable.
    Customer Monitoring: Proactively monitor customer situations, including financial health and payment status, and take action as needed to mitigate risks.
    Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports to the Group Manager summarizing key ongoing projects, new inquiries, and account updates.

    Support occasional matters as directed
     
    IV. Required Skills/Abilities:
     
    Strong negotiation and communication skills
    Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
    Familiarity with the semiconductor market, particularly in compound semiconductor materials such as GaAs and InP
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to travel, up to 30% of the time, nationally and internationally as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
     
    V. Education and Experience:
     
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proven experience in B2B sales for at least 5 years, preferably in the semiconductor or related technology sector
    Valid U.S. driver's license and Legal eligibility to work in the United States
     
     
    VI. Position in Organization:
     
    Reports to Semiconductor Group Manager
    Directly Supervises: None
     
    VII. Physical Requirements:
     
    Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
    Essential position functions require ability to routinely read document for general understanding and analytical purposes and viewing a computer monitor.
